It contains organic extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety. Organic Picual oil, like a conventional Picual, has a strong personality. These oils are greener in colour, with a very intense fruity flavour, with a greater sensation of density and medium pungency and bitterness. It is a highly appreciated variety due to its early production, ease of cultivation and the quality of the olive oil obtained, with a high proportion of oleic acid. Its sensory profile can be defined as very intense fruity of green olives, and very complex, with notes of fig tree, grass, stalk, alloza, citrus and tomato. On the palate, it is sweet on the palate, moderately bitter and slightly spicy, all very balanced. Picual Organic has a more intense fruitiness due to the unique use of organic products to nourish the olive trees.

Blue Sapphire is part of the Premium range, being the only Premium organic extra virgin olive oil. Blue Sapphire is presented in a 500 ml glass bottle, the shape and dimensions of which are identical to those of an emerald.
