On the remaining six harvest nights, the olives destined for the “Premium” Edition are harvested and ground. This edition is presented in a 500ml bottle, blue and shaped like an emerald cut sapphire. Contains Organic extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety. Organic Picual oil, like a conventional picual, has a strong personality. They are oils of a greener color, with a very intense fruity flavor, with a greater sensation of density and itching and medium bitterness. It is a variety highly appreciated for its early production, ease of cultivation and quality of the olive oil obtained, highlighting in this the high proportion of oleic acid. Its sensory profile can be defined as very intense fruity green olive, and very complex, with hints of fig, grass, stem, alloza, citrus and tomato. In the mouth, it is sweet, moderately bitter and somewhat more spicy, all very balanced. Picual Organic presents a more intense fruity due to the unique use of organic products for the nutrition of olive trees.
