VERDE ESMERALDA LUXURY – FIRST NIGHT

On the first night of the harvest, the fruit of a careful selection of plots that have been previously chosen as finalists to obtain the best fruit of the estate is harvested by hand, the olive destined for the “Verde Esmeralda Luxury” edition. Afterwards, the harvested fruits are manually crushed to obtain the elixir of extra virgin olive oil for our limited edition Luxury range. The presentation of the exclusive AOVE EMERALD GREEN Luxury Edition is done in a numbered 500 ml bottle, whose shapes and proportions are identical to an EMERALD, using the emerald cut.

The cork is handmade and is accompanied by a natural cork with paraffin and latex treatment for complete waterproofing. The emerald is presented in a box type case with a SWAROVSKI crystal set, which is handmade in a luxury format, as it could not be less, to house a precious stone, the EMERALD.

 

Technical Data

Variety

Picual oil has a strong personality, with more intensity and body. These oils are greener in colour, with an intense fruity flavour, with a greater sensation of density and medium-high spiciness and bitterness. It is a variety that is highly appreciated for the precocity of its production, ease of cultivation and quality of the olive oil that is obtained, highlighting in this the high proportion of oleic acid.

Sensory profile

Very intense green olive fruit, and very complex, with notes of fig, grass, stem, alloza, citrus and tomato. On the palate, it is sweet, medium-bitter and somewhat more spicy, all very balanced.
