After the first night of harvesting for the limited edition Luxury, and for the remaining six nights, the olives for the Blue Sapphire edition as well as for the entire Premium “Precious Stones” range are harvested and milled. This range is presented in a bottle whose shapes and dimensions are identical to the “Emerald Cut”, one of the most used cuts in the configuration of the four gems recognized worldwide by traditional jewelry, the Emerald, the Diamond, the Sapphire and the Ruby.

This Blue Sapphire edition is presented in a 500 ml bottle, blue and in the shape of an emerald-cut sapphire. It contains organic extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety. Picual Organic oil has a strong personality. These oils are green in color, with a very intense fruity flavor, with a feeling of density, itching and medium bitterness.

This variety is highly appreciated for its early production, ease of cultivation and quality of olive oil obtained, highlighting in this the high proportion of oleic acid. Its sensory profile can be defined as very intense fruity of green olive, and very complex, with notes of fig, grass, stem, alloza, citrus and tomato. On the palate, it is sweet, medium-bitter and somewhat more spicy, all very balanced. Picual Organic, presents a more intense fruitiness with respect to the conventional Picual, this is due to the use only of organic products for the nutrition of the olive trees.
