SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipments are made by an express courier company. Shipping costs are free for orders over 49,99€. Orders are generally shipped within 48/72 hours after receipt of payment. Delivery times may be affected depending on the geographical location of the customer and the territorial distribution of the carrier, and by the volume of the order or the availability of the product for large volumes. In any case, we always try to shorten delivery times as much as possible. If your order is very urgent call us and we will try to manage it faster.
WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have a period of 5 days from the date of receipt of the order to execute the right of return, provided that the product has not been opened or tampered with.
To make the return it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once we receive the return and we have checked the condition of the products we will proceed to refund the amount of the same by bank transfer.
The shipping and return costs are borne by the customer, as well as additional costs caused by the management of the returned order, such as phone calls.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The customer undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration forms and order placement, and to keep them updated in future orders.
The customer also agrees to accept all the provisions contained in these conditions of purchase. Likewise, he/she undertakes to keep confidential and with maximum diligence his/her personal access codes to the private area of the store.
The customer agrees to enable the delivery of the order by providing a postal address where it can be delivered within the usual schedule of delivery of goods (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 18:00 hours GMT +1). In case of non-compliance by the customer of this obligation, the seller disclaims any responsibility for the delivery or the delivery of the order at the customer’s address.
